DB development program. With focus on position specific techniques: press man, off man, zone coverage, back pedaling, tackling, creating turnovers, getting off blocks, & speed and agility.
Training sessions 1x per week (4) for 60 minutes on Sunday's at 4pm. Location: Sports Complex at Shadow Creek Ranch, Pearland, TX.
